How nice that you have found your way here and have a look at the BLOG posts.

In my eyes, one of the most important things in life is FREEDOM. To have the freedom to express oneself freely, to have the freedom to determine one's own life and many other aspects where it is important to have and to preserve one's freedom. Everything is in constant change and we are often required to be extremely flexible. Here at this point I take the liberty to write what is close to my heart and also to pass on what information I get dictated / channeled from the spiritual world. I hope you enjoy reading it and hope that one or two of the contributions will be beneficial for you.

Positive thoughts, words and actions

Today I start with a wish: "May all people, with a relaxed and clear mind, focus on the joyful, essential things " Every day there are new thousands and thousands of happenings around the world. ⁃ Wars here-wars there ⁃ Poverty everywhere ⁃ Vaccinations, with unexpected consequences ⁃ famine ... News that is full of horror scenarios and negativity EVERY DAY. Why don't we hear of positive happenings and events every day? Of all the GOOD things in life? Messages like: ⁃ Declarations of Peace ⁃ Fires that have been extinguished ⁃ Aid that arrives in poor countries ⁃ Animals that have been rescued ⁃ Reports of people who work for sick children ⁃ Findings on healthy, nutritious, OLD fruits and vegetables ... Do you feel the difference, as you read, what it does to you? Of course you can feel it! Some news can "influence" you negatively and pull you down when we are a little "unstable" ourselves. The other messages can "influence" us positively. They at least trigger feelings and emotions in us and in any case all this information leaves impressions and imprints in our mind !!! We have to be clear about that. THEY LEAVE IMPRESSIONS and IMPRINTS IN OUR MIND !! (... which leads to corresponding karma. Because, as we know, we ourselves create our future world, with everything we think, say and do today. But that's not the point now) It's not the news! News is information. It is how we deal with it! We decide that! So many thousands of messages being sent in all directions. Whether we notice them or not.

They are contained in the universe. They are "broadcast". On the radio, on television, from person to person ... Likewise, we ourselves have countless thoughts until the day is over. And we don't know most of our thoughts !!! You read that right. We think subconsciously. Most of the time, we don't even notice WHAT we are thinking and, above all, HOW we are basically mentally “on the move”. Sometimes, by the time we really realize it, the “film” is already over. When we're lucky, we think of good things because we are fundamentally a positive person. Lucky because then our impressions in the mind are of a positive nature, which in turn leads to positive feelings and reflections ... etc. etc. So what do we conclude from this? It's about mindfulness-awareness !!! So again - we first have to recognize where and how we are mentally “on the move”. If we notice this, then we are capable of anything. And nothing, but nothing at all in the world can "harm" us. Because it depends solely on HOW we react to all the happenings.

They will always exist anyway! So we need a stable, clear, relaxed mind. This then gives us the opportunity to perceive and experience what is heard or seen from a suitable distance. So we practice mindfulness-awareness and check again and again, where our thoughts "walk with us" Meditation helps very well. If we don't have any excess to deal with the whole negative flow of information and we are too close, then "let's stay outside" ⁃ Meet friends - Talk more about private topics - Laugh together - Give each other a lot of good things to say on the way ⁃ Consciously go out into nature ⁃ Let's come up with something “crazy” again ... We'll find out what's important to us at the right time anyway. You can be absolutely sure of that! So: We all want to avoid suffering and instead experience happiness, joy, love ... Right? Well then: ⁃ Start with your thoughts. Know which way they are going. ⁃ Pay attention to what you say. Notice the power of your positive words ⁃ Do a lot of good. For you and others In this sense: Have a good time and shine it out into the world!
